[ It's been many days since she noticed that Ritsu and Kisa were gone. She took all this time to overcome the pain in her heart, but she was glad that they could spent so many nice moments together. She's sure that she will treasure them forever and that someday, no matter how much she needs to wait, she will see them again. When this video starts, Ur's petting a Lapras' head.

Now she has three of them. She doesn't look at the device as she speaks. ]

Kisa and Ritsu, both of them are gone. I noticed it some days ago, but I needed some time for myself before letting you know. If you got any of their pokemons, treasure them with all your heart. They meant a lot for us, and someday, we will meet them again.

[ She makes a small pause. ]

Have you ever thought that we have a pokemon that identifies or represents us here? Apparently I am a Lapras... Can't complain, you know? I suppose I'm like them sometimes.

[ With nothing else to say, she ends the feed. ]

I guess I never really thought about that much, bein' like Pokemon, I mean. You've got a good point, though. They're a lot like us, aren't they?

[he sort of glosses over the first part, doesn't want to make her think of the unpleasant facts more than she has to]

So, how'd you figure you're like a Lapras?

[ She appreciates it, really. ]

My starter was a Lapras and then two people really close to me left here, leaving their Lapras with me. They are both Water and Ice types and mother figures.

[he smiles slightly at that]

Well, I guess that's as good a reason as any. And it means ya know yourself pretty well, which is a pretty rare thing these days.

Yeah, I know what you mean. People in these days are quite a thing.

[he chuckles]

That's puttin' it mildly. People are crazy the way they do things these days. I just don't even know about 'em sometimes.

I have been told that I share my name with an ancient city or something. Guess we are from different worlds and that.

An ancient city. Well, that's an interestin' thing to be named after, I guess.

Yeah, now that I think about it we really are probably from different worlds. I always forget that can happen here... guess I'm still not used to it, even now.

It takes a while to get used to the idea too. I can't say I don't relate, but after all the time I have been here, you grew used to it. Don't worry for that.

[he chuckles]

Been here almost... six months now, I think. Things seem to stay just as confusin'.

I have been here almost two years. You get used to some basic stuff, though Johto always find a way to surprise you.

Yeah, I got a feelin' a world full of battle monsters doesn't tend to run outta surprises.
